JetBackup is a powerful tool that allows you to restore backups of your website files, databases, emails, and even your full hosting account directly from cPanel.
Step 1: Log in to Your cPanel

Access your cPanel by logging in through your Netpoa client area or directly using your cPanel URL.

Enter your cPanel username and password.
Step 2: Open JetBackup

Once inside cPanel, scroll down to the Files section.

Click on JetBackup.
Step 3: Choose What You Want to Restore
JetBackup allows you to restore different types of data. Select the type of backup you want to restore:

Full Account Restore – restores your entire hosting account, including files, databases, emails, and settings.

File Backups – restore specific website files or folders.
-
Database Backups – restore one or more MySQL databases.

Email Backups – restore your email accounts and messages.
Step 4: Select the Backup Date

After selecting the data type, you will see a list of available backup dates.

Choose the backup date you want to restore from by clicking on it.
Step 5: Choose Specific Data (if applicable)

For File Backups, you can browse folders and select specific files or folders to restore.

For Database Backups, select the database(s) you want to restore.

For Email Backups, select the email account(s) or folders.
Step 6: Restore Data

Once you’ve selected the files, databases, or email accounts, click the Restore button.

For Full Account Restore, confirm you want to restore the entire account.
Step 7: Wait for Restoration

The restoration process will start. It may take a few minutes depending on the amount of data.

You will usually receive a notification when the restore is complete.
Important Notes

Restoring data may overwrite existing files or databases—make sure you have the correct backup date.
