The Zone Editor lets you manage DNS records for your domains easily. You can add, edit, or delete DNS records such as A, CNAME, MX, TXT, and more, which control how your domain works with various services like websites, email, and verification tools.
Step 1: Log in to Your Netpoa Client Area

Go to https://netpoa.com/login.php.

Enter your username/email and password.

Click Login.
Step 2: Access Your Hosting or Domain Management Area

Click on Services or My Services to find your hosting package or domain.

Select the hosting package or domain you want to manage.
Step 3: Open the Zone Editor

On the hosting or domain details page, look for a link or button labeled Zone Editor, DNS Management, or Manage DNS.

Click it to open the Zone Editor interface.
Step 4: Add a New DNS Record

Click the Add Record or Add New Zone button.

Choose the type of DNS record you want to add. Common types include:

A Record: Points your domain to an IP address.

CNAME Record: Points your domain to another domain.

MX Record: Directs email to your mail servers.

TXT Record: Used for verification and security purposes (like SPF, DKIM).

Fill in the required details:

Name: The subdomain or domain (e.g.,
www
,mail
, or leave blank for root domain). -
TTL: Time to live (usually leave as default).

Value: IP address, hostname, or text depending on record type.

Click Save or Add Record to create the record.
Step 5: Edit or Delete Existing Records

In the list of existing DNS records, find the one you want to change.

Click Edit to update the details, then save.

Or click Delete to remove the record (be careful before deleting).
Step 6: Wait for DNS Propagation

Changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 24-48 hours to fully update across the internet.
Important Tips

Only change DNS records if you know what they do or follow instructions from your service provider.

Incorrect DNS settings can cause your website or email to stop working.
