If your email account is running out of space, you can increase its storage (quota) easily through cPanel.

Option 1: Upgrade from cPanel

  1. Login to Client Area

  2. Access Your Hosting Service

    • Click Services > My Services

    • Click on the Active hosting service

  3. Login to cPanel

    • Click the “Login to cPanel” button

  4. Open Email Accounts

    • In cPanel, search for or click on "Email Accounts"

  5. Manage the Email Account

    • Find the email address you want to upgrade

    • Click “Manage” next to it

  6. Change Storage Space

    • Under Storage Space, enter a new quota (e.g. 2048 MB for 2GB)

    • Click “Update Email Settings”

✅ Your email account now has more storage!

⚠️ Note:

If your hosting plan has reached its overall disk space limit, you will need to upgrade your hosting package or purchase additional storage.

  • Upgrade your hosting plan (e.g., from Basic to Plus or Pro)
