✅ How to Set Up an Email Forwarder in cPanel

 Step 1: Log in to Your cPanel

• Visit: https://yourdomain.com/cpanel

• Enter your username and password.

Step 2: Locate the Forwarders Option

• In the Email section, click on Forwarders.

➕ Step 3: Add a New Forwarder

• Click the “Add Forwarder” button.

✏️ Step 4: Configure the Forwarder

Fill in the required details:

• Address to Forward: Enter the username (e.g., info) of the email you want to forward.

• Domain: Choose the domain from the dropdown (e.g., yourdomain.com).

• Destination:

  • Select Forward to Email Address

  • Enter the destination email (e.g., yourname@gmail.com)

✅ Optional: You can also forward to a system user or discard with an error if needed.

✏️Step 5: Click Add Forwarder

You will see a confirmation message once it’s successfully added.

 Forward All Email for a Domain (Optional)

If you want to forward all emails from your domain to another domain:

1. Go back to the Forwarders page.

2. Scroll to the Domain Forwarders section.

3. Click Add Domain Forwarder.

4. Choose the domain and enter the destination domain.

   • Example: Forward all from @yourdomain.com to @anotherdomain.com.

Note: This forwards all incoming emails regardless of the specific address.

✅ Tips

• Forwarders only copy emails to another address. If you want to receive and reply from the forwarded address, set up that address in your email client.

• You can add multiple forwarders for the same address.
