A common misunderstanding is thinking SSL can be installed just because a domain is pointed to a server. That’s not true.
✅ SSL only works when the domain has an active hosting account.
❌ Pointing alone (changing nameservers or A records) is not enough.
Why Hosting is Required:

The server must host the domain and respond to validation requests.

SSL tools (like AutoSSL or Let’s Encrypt) need to access the domain via HTTP to verify and install the certificate.

Without hosting, the SSL process will fail silently.
How to Install SSL with Netpoa
Free SSL (AutoSSL):

⏱ When Will SSL Appear in Your Client Area?
Even after SSL is successfully installed, you might see "No Active SSL" in your Netpoa client area. Don’t worry — this is normal.
Here’s Why:

It can take up to 24 hours for your SSL to appear as "Active" in your dashboard, even though it's already working.
You can verify it by:
Visiting your site using https://
