Upgrading your hosting plan allows you to get more storage, better performance, and higher limits without losing your website.
✅ Step 1: Login to Client Area
- Go to your client portal

- Enter your email and password
✅ Step 2: Go to Your Services
- After login, click Services
- Select My Services
- Choose the hosting account you want to upgrade
✅ Step 3: Click Upgrade/Downgrade
- Inside your hosting details page
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade button
✅ Step 4: Choose New Plan
- Select the plan you want (e.g.:
- Basic → Business
- Business → Pro)
- Review:
- Storage increase
- RAM/CPU upgrade
- Additional features
✅ Step 5: Confirm & Pay
- System will calculate the price difference (prorated)
- Click Continue
- Choose payment method:
- Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money)
- Bank / other options
- Complete payment
✅ Step 6: Automatic Upgrade
- Once payment is confirmed:
- Your hosting is upgraded instantly
- No downtime in most cases
- Your website remains intact
✅ Step 7: Verify Upgrade
- Login to cPanel
- Check updated limits:
- Disk space
- CPU / RAM
- Confirm website is working normally
⚠️ Important Notes
- No data loss during upgrade
- ⚡ Upgrade is usually instant
- You only pay the difference (not full amount)
- Downgrades may have limitations (contact support)
