Upgrading your hosting plan allows you to get more storage, better performance, and higher limits without losing your website.


✅ Step 1: Login to Client Area

  1. Go to your client portal
    https://netpoa.com
  2. Click Login
  3. Enter your email and password

✅ Step 2: Go to Your Services

  1. After login, click Services
  2. Select My Services
  3. Choose the hosting account you want to upgrade

✅ Step 3: Click Upgrade/Downgrade

  1. Inside your hosting details page
  2. Click Upgrade/Downgrade button

✅ Step 4: Choose New Plan

  1. Select the plan you want (e.g.:
    • Basic → Business
    • Business → Pro)
  2. Review:
    • Storage increase
    • RAM/CPU upgrade
    • Additional features

✅ Step 5: Confirm & Pay

  1. System will calculate the price difference (prorated)
  2. Click Continue
  3. Choose payment method:
    • Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money)
    • Bank / other options
  4. Complete payment

✅ Step 6: Automatic Upgrade

  • Once payment is confirmed:
    • Your hosting is upgraded instantly
    • No downtime in most cases
    • Your website remains intact

✅ Step 7: Verify Upgrade

  1. Login to cPanel
  2. Check updated limits:
    • Disk space
    • CPU / RAM
  3. Confirm website is working normally

⚠️ Important Notes

  • No data loss during upgrade
  • ⚡ Upgrade is usually instant
  • You only pay the difference (not full amount)
  • Downgrades may have limitations (contact support)

When Should You Upgrade?

Upgrade if you experience:

  • Slow website performance
  • Storage almost full
  • High traffic
  • Errors like “Resource Limit Reached”
