Four stages, and you see the work at the end of each one.

Brief and quote

We sit down — in person, on WhatsApp or on a call — and go through what the business does, who you are trying to reach and what the site has to achieve. You get a fixed price and a timeline before anything starts.

Design

We design the pages and show you. You say what you want changed, we change it. Nothing gets built until you are happy with how it looks.

Build and content

We build the approved design, put your content in, set up the domain, hosting and email, and configure the SEO and your Google Business profile.

Launch and handover

We test it on real phones, take it live, and show you how to update it yourself. Support and hosting continue for the first year.

Questions people ask before commissioning

What happens after the first year, when the free hosting ends?

You carry on with a normal hosting plan and your domain renews as usual — at our published prices, with nothing hidden. The site is yours either way: if you ever want to move it elsewhere, you can, and we will help you do it.

Can I update the site myself afterwards?

Yes. We show you how before we hand over — changing text, swapping a photo, adding a page. If you would rather we did it, ask and we will quote for it.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, the text and photos you want to use, and an hour of your time for the brief. If you do not have the content ready, say so — that is normal, and we will work through it with you.

Will it work properly on a phone?

Yes, and we test on real handsets before launch, not just by resizing a browser window. Most of your visitors will arrive on a phone, on mobile data, so that is what we build for first.

Do I get email addresses with my own name?

Unlimited addresses on your domain, on every package, set up on your phone before we finish. If you only want email and not a website, our business email plans cover that on their own.

Will my site be on Google?

We do the SEO setup as we build and create and verify your Google Business profile, which is what puts you on the map when someone searches for your kind of business nearby. Ranking for competitive terms takes longer than a launch, and anyone who promises you page one in a week is selling you something.

Can you build a shop, or a booking system?

Yes, but not inside these packages — they are for brochure and business sites. Tell us what you need and we will quote it separately.

How do I pay?

Mobile money, bank transfer or card. Talk to us about the payment schedule for a project of this size before you order.
