Automatically, and there is nothing to apply for. Tiers are based on active domains in your portfolio: 0 to 50 is Tier 1 at 10% off retail, and 51 or more moves you to Tier 2 at 20%. We detect the change and apply the better rate to your next registrations, renewals and transfers. If the count drops back below 51 it adjusts down the same way.

Neither. Whatever the plan costs, the full amount becomes your opening credit balance. After that, top up any amount at any time by mobile money and pay only for what you register.

Either, and it is set per domain. Point client domains at our nameservers and manage every record with the free DNS manager, or set your own default nameservers once in your panel and every new registration delegates there automatically. You can switch any domain between the two at any time.

You do, centrally. Your clients never need a Netpoa login. Update nameservers and individual records for any domain in your portfolio from the Reseller Panel, from your WHMCS admin, or from your own system through the API.

Nothing renews without your instruction — we never auto-charge you. A renewal happens when you trigger it, by one API call or one click in the panel, debited from your prepaid credit at your tier price. We sync expiry dates from the registry daily and email you when your credit runs low.

.co.tz, .or.tz, .me.tz and .ne.tz are open to anyone — standard contact details, no documents, instant activation. .ac.tz, .sc.tz and .hotel.tz register just as instantly and no paperwork is asked for at checkout, but they carry eligibility rules the registry enforces afterwards: it can suspend or delete a name held by an organisation that is not an accredited college, a registered school or a licensed hotel. .go.tz is not available to the public at all. A .tz registered directly at the second level must be at least four characters — letters, numbers or a mix — and several hundred names are reserved there.
