Can I use the domain I already have?

Yes. If your domain is registered elsewhere we point the mail records at us and nothing else about it changes. Your website can stay exactly where it is.

Can you move my existing email across?

Yes, free of charge, including old messages and folders. Tell us where it is now — Gmail, another host, a server in your office — and we will handle it.

Will it work on my phone?

Yes. It is standard IMAP, so the Mail app on iPhone and Android, Outlook, Thunderbird and anything else will connect. We send setup instructions with the account details.

What happens to spam?

It is filtered before it reaches your inbox. Outgoing mail is filtered too, which is what keeps your own messages from being marked as spam by the person you are writing to.

What if I run out of storage?

Upgrade from your client area and pay the difference for the rest of the term. Nothing moves and no mail is lost.

Do I need hosting as well?

Not for email alone. If you also want a website, our web hosting plans already include unlimited email accounts — that is usually the better value if you need both.
