Go to Email Accounts
- Scroll down to the Email section and click on Email Accounts.

Create a New Email Account
- Click the + Create button on the right.

Configure the Email Account
- Domain: If your cPanel has multiple domains, select the domain you want the email address to be associated with from the dropdown list.
- Username: Enter the desired email address (e.g.,

forinfo@yourdomain.com
). - Password:
- Either generate a secure password using the Generate button or create a custom password.
- Ensure it's strong to enhance security.
- Storage Space: Specify the mailbox size. You can set it to the default (e.g., 1024 MB) or choose "Unlimited."

Create the Account
- Click the Create button to finalize the email account setup.

Access the Email Account
- Once created, you can access the email via webmail:

. - Enter the email address and password to log in.
- Choose a webmail client like Roundcube or Horde (depending on what's available).

If you want to set up the email account in a desktop or mobile email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird):- In the Email Accounts section, click Connect Devices next to the email account.
