Notification to Update Domain Contact Information
Purpose
As per the notice from the registry (TCRA/TZNIC), we at NETPOA need to ensure that all our clients, including registrants, website designers, and resellers, update the contact information for the domains they manage. It is essential that this information accurately reflects the real owners of the domains.
Steps to Update Domain Contact Information on NETPOA
Step 1: Log into NETPOA Client Area
- Open your web browser and go to netpoa.com.
- Click on the "Client Login" link at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Enter your login credentials (username and password).
- Click on the "Login" button.
Step 2: Access Domain Management
- After logging in, navigate to the "Domains" section in the client dashboard.
- Click on "My Domains" to view the list of all domains you have registered or manage.
Step 3: Select the Domain to Update
- Identify the .tz domain you need to update.
- Click on the "Manage Domain" button next to the respective domain name.
Step 4: Update Contact Information
- In the domain management interface, locate the "Contact Information" tab.
- You will see multiple contact categories: Registrant, Admin, Technical, and Billing.
Step 5: Edit Contact Details
- For each contact category, click the "Edit" button.
- Update the necessary fields with the current and accurate information of the real domain owner. This typically includes:
- Name
- Organization (if applicable)
- Address
- City
- State/Province
- Postal Code
- Country
- Phone Number
- Email Address
Step 6: Save Changes
- After updating the contact information, click the "Save Changes" button.
- Ensure to repeat the process for all the contact categories (Registrant, Admin, Technical, Billing) if needed.
Step 7: Verify Updates
- Double-check each contact category to confirm that the updated information is accurate and correctly reflected.
- It's advisable to take screenshots of the updated information for your records.
Step 8: Notify NETPOA (if required)
- Some clients may need to notify us once the updates are made.
- Follow any additional instructions provided by NETPOA to confirm the changes.

- Inaccurate or outdated information can lead to domain disputes or loss of domain ownership.
- Regularly check and update your contact information to comply with registry policies.
