Your account just got safer. We have rolled out Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all NETPOA client accounts.

What's new?

From today, logging in to the NETPOA client area takes one extra step: after entering your password, we'll send a 6-digit verification code to your registered email address. Enter the code and you're in.

Why we did this

Passwords alone are no longer enough. If your password is ever leaked or guessed, a verification code sent to an address only you control stops the attacker at the door. This protects your domains, hosting services, invoices, and personal information.

How it works

  1. Log in with your email and password as usual.
  2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code from NETPOA (it expires after 10 minutes).
  3. Enter the code on the verification screen — done!

Prefer SMS or WhatsApp?

On the verification screen you can choose to have your code sent by SMS or WhatsApp instead of email. Make sure the mobile number on your account profile is up to date (including country code) so codes reach you instantly.

A few tips

  • Never share your code with anyone — NETPOA staff will never ask for it by phone, email, or chat.
  • Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder, or use the "Resend code" button.
  • Didn't try to log in but received a code? Someone may have your password — change it immediately.
  • Keep your contact details current so verification codes always reach you.

No action is needed on your part — 2FA is already active on your account. If you have any questions or run into trouble logging in, our support team is happy to help.
